Namaste Yoga provides a platform for providing information on yoga trainers, centers and events and providing a mechanism for trainers and centers to promote themselves (Platform). The Services are made available through a software application available on Android and iOS through mobiles and other compatible platforms. By using our Application and Website, you indicate to have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (Terms) and all other applicable laws and regulations, without any limitation or qualification.

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND NAMASTE YOGA AND IT GOVERNS YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Services

• Namaste Yoga provides you with a Platform to gain information about yoga trainers, yoga centres and yoga events in your city. For professionals, the Platform also provides an opportunity to be listed on the Platform as an individual yoga trainer or yoga centre.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your organisation as prompted by the Namaste Yoga registration form (Registration Data).
  • You agree to maintain, and promptly update the Registration Data to be accurate, current, and complete.
  • If you provide any information that is inaccurate, not current or, incomplete, or where Namaste Yoga has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate, not current or, incomplete, Namaste Yoga has the right to suspend or terminate your account Namaste Yoga will then also have the right to refuse any and all current or future use of the Namaste Yoga (including Services), or any portion thereof.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform, use of the Platform, or access to the Platform without the express written permission of the Ministry of Ayush.
• Namaste Yoga will send you all information pertaining to your account inter alia on authorizations, notices, e-reports and authentications in electronic forms only via your registered contact details as per our records.
• You may not scrape the Namaste Yoga App and Website for spamming purposes.
• You agree to allow your information to be posted\displayed on the Ministry of Ayush website or any ancillary website owned by Ministry of Ayush.
